Positions for Associate Writers:
We are currently seeking Positive, (God-Inspired Preferred), and writers for our magazine. We receive a numerous amount of messages from people interested in writing for this magazine, however we do require some experience to be accepted as an associate writer. You will be interviewed briefly by the publisher to see where your talents lie, then placed on a trial basis when approved by the publisher.

We are seeking General Positive Content Writers, however SOME of the “Special Niches” we are currently recruiting for are as follows:
Sports
Travel *
Fashion *
Entertainment (Music, Movies, TV, Celebs and More) *
Factual yet Positive Economics *
Inspirational *
Spiritual/Christian Section *

Submitting written articles by email for our publisher’s and Editor’s approval is the first step to becoming an associate writer. Please submit all written material in .rtf or .docx format, however Do Not send attachments without first making arrangements to do so. Neglecting this step will most likely make your email go unread.

Positions for Associate Researchers:
Researchers play a vital role in the magazine’s production. We need researchers to gather data from the internet and submit it to the editors, writers and publishers so that assignments can be completed with more simplicity and ease. Must be proficient with a computer, internet, and word processor.

Positions for Interviewing Reporters:
Reporters are needed for telephone, skype and personal interviews of individuals to be published in our magazine. Some journalism experience is preferred, however not required. Our interviewing reporter must be computer literate and upbeat. An outgoing personality, optimistic personality is a must.

Positions for Executive Assistants:
Executive/Personal Assistants are needed to help organize and maintain the schedules and contacts of Doug Deneve, CEO and Curt Bizelli, Publicist of When Magazine. Duties are of the typical Executive/Personal Assistant. These trial positions most definitely hold potential for monetary compensation as long you prove your dedication, skill and excellent business ethics. Also must be optimistically goal driven and share the vision of the magazine.

Positions For Human Resource/HR Associate:
Duties may include but not limited to: maintaining contact with all When Magazine associates, keeping assignments in rotation and making sure they are forwarded to the proper departments. Recruiting and Maintaining Organization within the Business; Databases, etc. Must be Positive and Goal Oriented; also have strong mix of People & Computer Skills.

You will be attaining skills and experience in Journalism and Media that will carry throughout your career, and every team member that sticks with us through the end of a trial internship, will have the opportunity to be given a paid position; on staff with When Magazine/productions.
