It seems that more people are praying today for our nation than ever before. This week, we believe it is wise to pray for the people of our nation. As believers, we know that true and lasting change will happen in our nation and the world when hearts are changed by the power of Jesus Christ. We are passionate to see Biblical principles upheld in this country, but we must not be overcome by evil—rather we must overcome evil with the good of the Gospel.
Our mission at Leading The Way is to stand for Biblical Truth—reaching the lost and equipping the saints. This does not cease to be our mission during an election year. We are calling for prayer for our nation because we are incapable of making truly wise decisions without the insight and direction of the Holy Spirit of God. He is the only one who sees the beginning and the end. He is the one who changes hearts and minds toward His Truth and purposes.
This week, please join us as we pray that God would turn all hearts—of elected officials, candidates, and the general population—to Him today.
