Curtis Jackson, homeless in Chicago but definitely not “hopeless” gives 9 grand to a woman in need. He claims, even though he’s been living on the streets since 2004 that he’s the richest man alive BECAUSE HE KNOWS GOD! He accumulated the money by pan-handling (asking for money).
